Refund Policy
15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
This policy applies to all Yoga Membership plans, including Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly memberships. If you are not satisfied with our yoga classes or services, you may cancel your membership and request a full refund within 15 days from the date your batch begins.
Refunds After 15 Days
If the membership has been used for more than 15 days, a full refund will no longer be available. Instead, the refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis using the equivalent monthly membership fee for the period already used. The remaining eligible balance, if any, will be refunded after successful verification.
Verification & Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must provide their Order ID and Token / Key used during the purchase. Our team will verify the payment against our records. Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method in accordance with the payment provider's processing timeline.
