When a customer purchases a Yoga Class Membership through our website, a unique Token / Key is generated. This Token / Key is used solely for order identification and payment verification purposes.

After completing the purchase, customers must contact our team via the email address above and provide their Order ID and Token / Key for verification.

Our team verifies the payment by matching the Order ID with our payment records. Once the payment is successfully verified, the customer is enrolled in the selected Yoga Class batch according to the purchased validity period (such as 1 Day, 7 Days, or 30 Days).

After successful verification, the customer receives the class schedule, Google Meet joining details, and any complimentary wellness resources or downloadable materials included with the selected membership plan.

Customer information, including name, email address, Order ID, Token / Key, payment details, and communication records, is used solely for payment verification, customer support, batch management, and service delivery. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required by law.
